Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of FlyingClouds ("the Service"), provided by [TO FILL: operator] ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. What the Service is — important medical notice
The Service supports self-care through AI conversation and daily records. It is not a medical service and provides no diagnosis, treatment, or medication advice. If distress persists, please consult a professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services (119 in Japan) or a public crisis line.
3. Accounts
Register with accurate information and keep your credentials safe. We are not liable for damage from unauthorized account use except where caused by our intent or negligence.
4. Data handling & AI processing
Content you enter (profile, tasks, conversations) is sent to and processed by third-party AI providers we use (Anthropic, Voyage AI, etc.) to generate replies and power the memory feature, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. You may request complete erasure of your account and memory data at any time.
5. Usage limits & fair use
Each plan has a daily message allowance, shown on the pricing page, maintained to protect service quality; automated or abusive access may be restricted and accounts suspended.
6. Fees, payment & cancellation
Paid-plan prices (tax included) are shown on the pricing page and charged at sign-up and on each monthly renewal. You may cancel anytime from Settings, effective from the next renewal. Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was not provided due to our fault.
7. Prohibited conduct
Illegal acts, infringing third-party rights, unauthorized or excessive automated access, injecting adversarial instructions to disrupt the AI, and other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate are prohibited.
8. Intellectual property
Rights in the Service belong to us or rightful owners. Rights in your content remain yours; we use it only as needed to provide the Service.
9. Liability
We do not warrant accuracy or fitness of the Service's content. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, to the extent such limits are permitted by the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable law.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms with prior notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the [TO FILL] District Court has exclusive first-instance jurisdiction.
